this place is trash.... service is horrible. everyone there is unprofessional. worst experience I've ever had buying car parts..... I would rather buy from the U.S and pay the shipping and duties... Would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.. the shadiness of this place is unfathomable

I would give no stars if possible. They installed a camera on my brand new ram 1500. The first winter the truck saw the camera went fuzzy and stopped working. It took months for this company to come and replace the camera. Fast forward to this winter and as soon as the camera saw snow again the camera went fuzzy and stopped working. Going on weeks trying to get them to replace it and now they want to know how many kms on the vehicle or if it’s passed the three year warranty, the camera isn’t even a year old! Guaranteed I’ll be back next winter writing another review that the camera doesn’t work and they won’t replace it under the “warranty”. Companies beware and buyers beware DO NOT give this joke of a company your business. UPDATE: was finally able to get an appointment with these guys to come fix the camera at the end of March. I left the truck to be fixed at the dealership and York electronics showed up WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT CAMERA. After all that waiting the camera still doesn’t work. Back on the phone I go with the dealership. Once again months trying to arrange for them to come and fix the camera. Had an appointment yesterday may 25th. Call today to see if the truck is done and surprise, they didn’t even bother to show up for this appointment. Robbed 600 for a camera that doesn’t work and a company that won’t take responsibility and either give me my money back or fix the camera. I’ve spent more time with a broken camera than a working one.

I had a Kenwood touch screen deck and a back up camera installed into my truck - the technicians were absolutely fabulous about everything and took time to explain how they worked- when I had a problem with the cam it was replaced with no issues. If give 10 out of 10 on customer service for this company and a loyal customer from now on .

Customer service was terrible. I called in to try to get help for a mutual client that was having issues with his backup camera. I only had the last 6 digits of the VIN and apparently they couldn't look up any records without the last 8 digits.... so i suggested they call the client who has the vehicle to get the full VIN but NO.....they "don't deal with the general public". They only deal with car dealerships, etc. The lady i spoke with refused to do anything to help me becuase i only had 6 digits of the VIN. I've never heard of a company that won't even call a customer thats having issues with a product, whether they were from the "general public" or not. Doesn't seem like smart business practice in this day and age to not offer even half-decent customer service
