I'm their business customer for long-time. This year i got a new person who is doing my service. This guy was good and helpful at beginning. Last Few times i got billed for 120 dollars for almost nothing. No soap, No chemical, No... That guy Only changed one mop head for me. I contacted their customer care 3 times. No one reply for 3 weeks.What kind of customer service is that. They are such a big company but lack of management and service. Never Use them again after my contact over.
