I gave all fives and truly meant it. It's been a while since I've been to a dentist because of bad experiences but the staff was so pleasant and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone there was really nice and friendly. The dentist cared and took the time to check my broken tooth and fixed it without any hassle. By the way, the office was very clean.Thanks a lot for making my visit a nice one!!

I don't write reviews and when I make a recommendation I really mean it. I needed a new dentist when I moved into the area and was overwhelmed with the number of dentists in the area. I wanted someone very good, professional and not pushy. After scouting out a number of offices I selected this one. This is the best dentist we have had. Appointments are on time, the cleaning is great. My son's have had some work done and have spontaneously come home and raved about the staff and the work. I just had a crown replaced and I can't believe how easy it was- bite was perfect with little adjustment. My whole family goes here now and we have recommended them to a few people now. No hesitations.
DO NOT give this office your business. Some of the staff is friendly, but others are incompetent and unprofessional. One of the receptionists got to the point of harassing me - she booked appointments without speaking to me nor confirming with me, then left passive-aggressive voice-mails and texts complaining I didn't show up! She misspelled my name on records and called me by the complete wrong name when I was actually in the office (even after I corrected her). After I contacted one of the dentists about this the receptionist became even less professional and less tolerable to be in contact with. One of the head dentists clearly has a God-complex and is chauvinistic and condescending to his patients. He does not see anything wrong with showing up an hour late for a consultation that was booked several weeks ahead, and then talking down to the patient (all while shining his ridiculous headlamp in your face). There are so many dental offices in this city - this one does not respect their patients and deserve to be in business.
Excellent dental office and great staff. Dr. Rizk has extensive experience in cosmetic and general dentistry.
