Going to Dr. Awadia’s office for the first time was a wonderful experience. Her staff is very pleasant and accommodating - they worked around my busy schedule and fit me in as soon as they could. They kept the office very clean while I was there, sanitizing every surface, which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Awadia is a wonderful optometrist- extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I had many questions, which she answered with honesty and directed me to further resources. She spent extra time to make sure she addressed all of my numerous concerns with regards to my concussion symptoms and in doing this did more tests than were included in the original appointment. She made me feel very reassured. I would highly recommend her care, especially to anyone struggling with eye symptoms related to concussion!!

This was by far the best eye exam I've ever had! It was thorough and informative. All the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend Yonge Eyes Optometry to anyone.

optometrist is pretty much same as any other. It took maybe 4 tries over a course of 6 months of them cancelling or forgetting to get an appointment.

I cannot express enough how much I am satisfied with their service!!! Dr Awadia and her team are awesome. Very patient with kids and not pushy. Many times they were even on their knees on the floor just to adjust to my kid. They made everything easy for me and my child (who can be a little difficult sometimes). Dr Awadia was very involved and always giving the right information and advice. The place was very clean and they even had a change table in the washroom for parents with small kid. I am definitely a very happy client and will refer all my friends to them.

Brutal experience with administrative staff. Do you have time to make 8 calls in 4 days just to get your records sent to another doctor/clinic? Do you have time to leave messages, half of which will go unreplied? Or do you have time to take call-backs, none of which result in your records being sent? For such a such a small clinic, you need to be a really, really squeaky wheel.
