Your typical delicious Frozen Yogurt. Yet, real (frozen) fruits are being put in cup in front of you. I also liked the smoothie a lot. I had the Peach-Berry Sunset (strawberries & peaches mixed with apple juice, blended with non fat frozen yogurt) and it was a nice delight.
