They like cold yoga here so wear a long sleeve shirt & pants if you’re lucky you might be able to take off your socks. Heck of a lot of cancellations and substitutes here of the 1-2 class (es) a day. Driving 20 minutes to get here from a rental in Sechelt and finding class is canceled again is not my idea of fun - posting cancellations and substitutes on the website would be polite. I know it’s a small town and I’m grateful they even have yoga but they can improve.

Great #yoga experience. I just moved to sunshine coast and I have been looking for a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing yoga place, after my first class I knew that this is the right studio. Super happy with my decision. My Teacher Leslie was extremely #friendly and made me feel in peace.
