If zero was possible I would give zero stars. Residents of neighboring businesses that get delivered to should not be blocked into the only viable exit of their apartment parking garage by a careless driver who then harasses them verbally. He somehow manages to block the whole alley, all while space for two large vehicles to pass if properly parked. My partner had to back up multiple times to avoid him getting close to them(within 6ft) while he was yelling at us. We only needed him to move his vehicle up 5 feet and it took him 7 minutes and verbal assault from the driver before he complied but only after multiple other vehicles were waiting as well. I sent an email to the company but no reply so my only recourse was to leave a negative review. By the looks of things other drivers for this company behave in a similar manner so unsure if it's just one guy or the whole culture of the company is based in bullying.

Sales Rep is very attentive and helpful. Produce is always fresh and appealing. You can get smaller quantities if needed, doesn't always have to be full cases, and the minimum order is useful for smaller locations. The deliveries are on time and the driver is friendly and helpful.

I have been working as a chef in Vancouver for close to 30 yrs now, and have dealt with Yen bros for much of that time. My experience with them has generally been very positive, and anytime there has been an issue with quality or shortage of product, it has always been dealt with very promptly & efficiently. The order desk team has made errors on occasion but as I’ve said, any issues have always been resolved quickly. My sales rep Brittany is awesome, and has even personally delivered items to me when needed. All in all, I’m very happy dealing with Yen Bros & would recommend highly recommend them!
