Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered with a mobile repair shop. Phone wasn’t repaired and had to return 3 times to get phone fixed properly. Very disappointing

This store uses cheap material and has careless service. They don't advice you on what the outcome will be after they work on it, moreover, they would lie and say it'll be perfect. After claiming that they will fix the problem, they just "make it work." They ripped me off, maybe because i was a student (UBC). After getting my iPhone screen fixed, I was told to settle with the front casing popping out, and to buy a case that helps hide it. As i got out, I noticed the home button very loose. Next day, Apple explained to me how poorly the third party job was done. No receipt is provided at this store, the next day when i called the store owner, he refused a refund. Here is my situation in detail: I went to get an iPhone 6 Cracked Screen repaired / replaced on January 5th. I asked, "Will it be as a normal iPhone?" He answered "yes." AFTER he took 100 from me & completed the service, he told me "The front white casing will be popping out a little bit because of the damage inside. So here, buy this case (extra 10.00) so that you don't see that." He should've told me this before. I told him about my concern, he said "Sorry, even Apple will do this." That didn't turn out to be true. I later noticed that the home button looks artificial, and was VERY loose. He didn't let me know about that in the shop. Basically, I had to go to Apple to get my phone fixed because he provided my phone careless service & made 110 from me.
I had a cracked iphone 6 screen and pieces of the glass were falling out. The shop flawlessly replaced it within half hour. I got a new screen protector as well and they did a better job than best buy. The guys at bestbuy always misplaced the protetor and had it covering parts of my camera. Very pleased with the service at Yaya!

Fast phone repairs at a good price
This guy is awesome! Needed a new screen for an iPhone 5...come back in an hour, done. One of my employees needed to swap a card from an Android phone to an iPhone because his Android crapped out on him and I had an old iPhone 5, an hour later...done and functional. Stores and service like this is hard to find. Glad they are in my neighborhood.
I broke my Samsung Galaxy 4 screen and took it to these guys who fixed it in one day for a total cost of 140 (including taxes). I was thrilled with how quickly and determined the guy was at getting my phone fixed ASAP at a reasonable price.
