Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They don't have what you need, they'll find it and get it. For what I needed their pricing was way better than the larger general hardware stores.

Very few selections and the worker can't help you with anything. All you get after you ask a question is " you have to talk to so and so"
They get to know you and will get you a great deal on any heating and accessories. You can also buy real nice paint. They also have a repair shop and will come to your house to get your heating/cooling back working. Great place to shop and maybe laugh a little for fun.
Paid over 300 for a *service* still had problems. Paid an ex convict 20, a gram and was able to fix what these people clam know how to fix it. Keep away
