Best investment ever! Looks super fancy. Smells even better! Around the same price range as Bath and Body but much much better fragrance! I love the wood cracking sound the candles make, gives you a real feel of the nature. Staff was super friendly and helpful.. (the lady who helped me look around and choose the candle was named Cathy I believe, and she gave a really nice intro to all the different kinds of candles they have) Would definitely buy again.
If you like terrible customer service, having your online orders messed up, and having your credit card charged multiple times then this is the place to shop at!
The fragrance and how long it last better then colonial candles love them price could be better
Love the ladies here, super helpful and even gave me some candles from the back that weren't out! Definitely go back whenever I'm in town
the staff put an advertisement/promotion leaflet into the bag against my consent even though i clearly stated that i did not want it. she said it was company policy. well, i don't care about your policy when it forcefully applied against my consent. if i want to buy a candle i buy a candle and if i say no to a leaflet it means no. i had to take it out of the paper bag and put it on a shelf in the store. "great" customer service!
The staff is super friendly, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I need several different colours of candles and they helped me find all of them. Thank you for helping me with my candle obsession. Lol!
