Exceptional customer service! You feel like you’re walking into your friends living room. We met with Sabrina and she was AMAZING! So prepared, knowledgeable and thorough! She went above and beyond, sending samples before we even had our first in person meeting. She was able to help us choose the best options for us, making our buying experience seamless and top notch. At no point did we feel pressure or receive a sales pitch. They simply present the information, answer your questions and guide you to what works best for you. We will definitely be recommending Yang’s to everyone and going back in the future.

Very pleased with the quality work from Yang's Jewellery. I had a damaged engagement ring repaired and I was given options and the different price points on how I could move forward. Repair as is, or strengthen the already thin and weakened band I had. I was not persuaded or pressured either way. I did choose to add a new shank because my band was quite thin to start and bent and I had to use tin snips to get the ring off my finger the day I damaged it. Dealings were fair and honest and I felt complete trust and comfort about it all. It's not every day you hand your diamond ring to someone, so an instant trust was certainly something I valued. I must say, I can't stop looking at my ring since I got it back! Very pleased.
