Love our furniture from here! We appreciated the friendly and super helpful service! Delivery was smooth and FAST! They were in touch with us if there were any scheduling changes. Probably the worst customer service experience ever, I will never shop there again. Rude and lying sales staff. One star rating is one too many. We were told the at the time of purchase that the delivery fee of 135 included the removal of the old chair. Not the case, now Yaletown wanted an extra 50 to take it away, the delivery driver was most gracious and understanding, he offered to take it for free because it was a good chair and HE suggested that 30 would be a generous amount - only if I wanted to- and I did. The customer service clerk was rude and condescending on the phone, refusing to discuss any misunderstanding and instead passed me off to the sales clerk who could care less. This chair was ordered on Oct 11 and I was told it “could” be here by Christmas. I called for an update the first week of January and was told it should be here any day. A month later on Feb 13 I went into the store requesting a firm delivery date or a full refund as it had been on order for 4 months and was told she didn’t know where the chair was but as it was a long weekend a CS clerk would call me back on Tuesday. At 11 am Tues a phone call revealed that my chair had magically surfaced from the warehouse where I’m sure it’d been sitting for the past month or two. Nobody had followed up in four months or even seemed to care where this chair was until I walked into the store requesting a firm delivery date. Yes, delivery was arranged and made on Friday as promised by a great couple of men who cheerfully offered to set up the chair and take the old one away. All that aside, I’m pleased with the size and quality of the recliner, it seems to be well constructed.

In the fall of 2018 we purchased 2 sofas and two beautiful leather motorized recliners , all lovely quality and super comfortable.. one of the chairs stopped working a few months ago . When I finally called the store Angela.suggested I could take it to their warehouse for repair. Upon mentioning we lived 3 hrs away , she offered to order the part 1st and call us when the motor was in .true to her word a week later we got the email with the address and hours. We went today , running a bit late and knowing they were fully booked with fingers crossed We were greeted by Shawn who understanding it would be 12 hrs if we had to come back ...organized with their tech Luis to move some jobs and get us in the hot seat. Wow, these gentlemen stayed late , to help us out . In a time when tempers seem short and service has fallen substantially these fellas brought out the A game in customer service . We are so grateful to you both . Happy Holidays!!

Debbie is incredible. She has been extremely helpful. I have been working remotely with her because I have a small child and find that I can’t run around looking at everything so she has helped me immensely and we are very excited to be purchasing a sofa from her shortly! It will be the new addition to our family, a very important piece of your home!
