I warn anyone who decides to spend money at this store save yourself. I experienced very bad customer service, terrible product and it takes a very long time for engraving services to be completed. No same day completion available. Not to mention very bad quality engraving services. When I went to pick up my order, the customer services rep tried to wrap up the engraved glasses without me seeing the finished product by taking it to the back of store to wrap. When I asked to see them before she wrapped them, I noticed one was done nicely and other glass was full of scratches and they were planning to give them to me like that without showing me. At that time I advised I would not accept this product and it would need to be redone as I paid alot of money for them. She quickly agreed but told me I would have to come back next day to pick up. So I had to go 1 day to place order, went back next day and found issue and then again following day to pick up again. So a total of 3 visits. When we questioned if she could finish it same day after it was ruined she gave us alot of attitude as if our request was unreasonable and was told there were other orders ahead of ours and the machine takes long to set up. When I went to to pick up on the 3rd day the store wasn't even open according to store hours and the promised time my purchase would be ready. I had to wait around about 30 minutes for owner to show up even though mall was already open. The product was completed in a much cleaner way but the 2 glasses did not look the same one glasses engraving was much darker and thicker than other. Since they make you prepay when you order I didn't bother complaining as I was already late for delivering my gift. I paid way to much money for a product I was not happy with. They are very over priced for what they are providing. So all in all I won't be buying anything from this store again. Save your money and time.
