Terrible delivery company. Had two Ikea orders delivered by them. First time, they parked two houses down and said they were leaving because I wasn't home - they were at the wrong place! Both times, they didn't call 30 minutes before like they promised to do. Drivers placed product on the wet ground and was generally disorganized. Not impressed at all.
This company was an awful company for shipping. I had ordered something that was supposed to be delivered through them. The first time, the driver called us and said he was coming and never showed up. We waited until 10pm at night. It was awful. When we called the next morning because ofcourse the office is closed and we couldn't get through to anyone, they said the driver ran out of time. They then said that we could pick any delivery time we wanted. I picked first thing in the morning. I told them I had to leave by 11am that day (since they only delivered once a week in our area). They said no problem. I waited until 11am no one showed up and no one called. I called them again and they said they had delivery time of 2-5pm. I ended up cancelling all my plans and not going to work to accomoadate them and they didn't call me for the delivery until after 5pm. When they finally came, they barely setup the product and took off. It was the worst shipping experience of my life.
I actually can't put into words how frustrated I am with this company. If you work there, PLEASE SEND ME INFO ON HOW TO ACTUALLY TALK TO A HUMAN IN CANADA. No show, no call on my delivery. I've waited on hold twice yesterday, and five times today. The hold is just music that eventually leads to the call just ending around the 10 minute mark. I've tried calling multiple locations, all which eventually just end up transferring me back to the \Toronto\ office which NEVER answers. I've tried the sales division, customer service, and the change my schedule options. None lead to a human that has answers. If the order was personal this would be moderately less ridiculous, but it is for my business and I am now left with a full time staffer on call to be at that location to accept the order (11k of furniture and other items), and I cannot afford to have the timeline pushed back on me. The cost of not having our business operating because of this is extremely unfortunate and already adding up considering it already takes 2 weeks for the order to come down the 401 to begin with.
Terrible experience. I ordered furniture from IKEA. This company was supposed to deliver them to my home on a scheduled day. When they didn’t come I called them and they said their truck broke down. They didn’t even bother to call me to let me know. I was trying to find a solution, their solution was “call IKEA”. I did. The delivery had to be rescheduled, what was very inconvenient for me. But I had no choice. The second date when they were supposed to deliver the same order. Knowing how unprofessional they are I called to make sure they are coming. 2 hours later, after being transferred from one customer sevice person to another somebody said “The drivers are not coming. The delivery is cancelled”. When I asked why, nobody could give me the answer. The only answer I got, after a very long time was that the IKEA never send my furniture to them. I called IKEA, they said the furniture is in the XPOLogistics possession. Long story short there is no delivery and nobody hold accountable for their ridiculous company management. I called again and they just hang up on me. Do not use their services. Ever. Terrible experience. The worst I ever had with any delivery situation. This should be illegal.
