We ordered 2 signature brown sugars. It tasted like plain coconut water with pearls added into it. I bought another taro and it just tasted like cold milk with a side of chunky taro.

Newly opened located right by T&T Supermarket, Xing Fu Tang has finally opened in Surrey. They are known for their handmade brown sugar pearls which are super soft and chewy and not overly sweet. It was not too busy coming in on a late afternoon on a Wednesday. Definitely worth checking out

UNIDENTIFIABLE DRY LARGE CHUNKS found in my brown sugar boba ㅠ_ㅠ Xing futang is my favourite boba place, but do I want to go back to this location? hell noo. I'll rather commute all the way down to Richmond than to risk taking these suspiciously old dry substances.

They have the best tasting bubble milk tea. They are located inside Surrey Central. It says Taiwans number one and you can taste the reason why. I highly recommended them.

I ordered through Uber eat but one get one free and I wrote in the note that no ice for both, but they still added ice in both and they told me that they can’t change them because I already got the promotion deal. That is ridiculous! I don’t need to change anything just want to remove the ice!

Best bubble tea place in town! Staffs are very friendly and efficient. Store is very clean and all the staffs are wearing masks. Looks very well organized and prepared well for the Covid 19. My favorite bubble tea store now.
