I have been thinking about getting a new phone for a few weeks, but waiting for a good deal. I went to wow mobile today just to browse, and there where 2 associates that went above and beyond to get me the deal I was looking for. They were patient and helped me not only pick out a good deal but they also helped me set up my phone! It took overall about 45 minutes but I had so many questions and didn't feel rushed at all! I feel so confident with my new phone. Most people at Mobile stores don't take the time because they just want the sale. Thank you Justin and Syrus for making me feel so welcomed and confident.
I was so pleased with my new phone the S9 that I wanted to share my experience because I didn't even know what WOW mobile boutique was until today. The two employees who I do believe one was the Manager Patricia, also a young man named Donald was working. Took over two hours getting me what I wanted today and I left happy. Not only am I happy with the friendly service of the staff but I am also thrilled to be served like that, I can truly say for the first time I have walked out of a store and felt like that was worth every penny. I promise I will be back to your store and will be sure to share my experience.

Amazing service, seemed to actually care about the customer rather then just the sale. Left happy with service that was above and beyond, somthing that I have not experienced in Saint John.
