Went in yesterday to see a used 2017 Toyota Tacoma on the lot. Alan Robb gave me all the details on it, came across very knowledgeable about the vehicle (more so than salesman at actual Toyota dealerships I visited), and even pointed out scratches which i didn't have a problem with at all considering it will be a work vehicle packed with tools. I'm a young man whose never bought a vehicle, it was an absolute delight to feel absolute zero sales pressure or tactics. Once I knew I loved the truck and we agreed on the price, Alan had the patience to wait for my mom to drive to the dealership before I signed and paid. Truly amazing experience, been searching for the perfect used truck from an honest dealership for half a year, and Alan went well above my expectations. I'm very proud to say I bought my first vehicle at World Fine Cars.
