Mixed review as they do not have a straight exchange policy. I just received pants that are waaay too big and I wanted to get 1 size smaller. I was told that I'd have to pay for return shipping and be charged a 20% restocking fee. Then to re-order the size smaller, I'd have to pay for shipping again. In this day and age of e-commerce, for a large company, this doesn't make sense. You're trying to attract customers, not lose them. Knowing this policy now, I'd be very cautious before ordering. Shipping was indeed fast, it took about 2 days to arrive, but still.

I've ordered from them in the past and their customer service and delivery time were absolutely horrible. I decided to give them another shot and it seems like they have gotten their act together. My ordered was picked, packed shipped and delivered to me in Ontario in 2 days. Keep up the good work Wordans!
Absolutely terrible. I have emailed them 12 times since placing an order on Friday and still have not heard back whatsoever. This is the fourth time I’ve had some sort of emergency where I have been left stranded by the wordans customer service people. Their prices and brand selection is strong, but I would be willing to pay twice the amount if it meant having competent people dedicated to customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for all your clothing needs and spending the added dollars for retail’s customer service.. it is definitely worth avoiding the inevitable frustration.
Ordered from their website, they shipped the correct product and the correct amount, the look and feel is acceptable and the tags matched what was described on the website, however, there was an issue with the timing of the delivery, e-mailed the company they weren't very helpful and basically washed their hands of the situation, saying it's not their fault for only sending out the product 2 days after it was ordered, I would say you should order from here but don't bother with the 24 hours shipping it's a waste of money.
1st order with them and worst service ever, been waiting almost 2 weeks for an order to come in, sent an email still no response only to track the package to say it hasnt even been shipped yet. says will take an additional 7 days (business days) i just lost a good customer because of their mishap and no one will respond to an email. if zero star was an option that's what they'd get.
