I bought some knitting needles online and picked them up via curbside pickup. I wanted large knitting needles and had trouble finding 15mm elsewhere. I found their website was easy to navigate and complete my order. Their service was fast and they were friendly and professional.

Wool-Tyme is my go to yarn store. The selection is amazing and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I placed an online order today and they phoned me to tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order with the exact yarn I wanted but they found two different alternate suggestions, complete with the colour numbers they thought were the closest to the one I’d ordered. They will also help you figure out how much yarn to buy if you make a substitution or discuss colour palettes with you if you’re unsure about colour from their webpage. I always leave this store happy. :D
I am so happy I found Wool-Tyme during the pandemic. Their service and product selection is amazing. I really enjoy ordering from their website but cannot wait to be able to go back in store to browse in person again!
I ordered online and they mailed it out that day. I had a problem paying for shipping on line so when I called, they called me back very quickly and took my payment over the phone. I am impressed and will order again
