Extremely happy with our new Transcend trailer, Grand Design really goes the extra mile when it comes to quality. Dan at Woody's RV in Leduc was really knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to secure our trailer before the busy season. Greg in Finance was really helpful and respectful. Jacques in parts was very nice and honest when we were shopping for trailer accessories, excellent customer service! My husband and I purchased our RV at Woody's with the help of Dan. He made the whole experience easy and was super helpful during our walk through to show us all the amazing details of our new unit. Everyone we ran into at Woody's was super friendly (from front end receptionist to the RV products store) and we would highly recommend anyone to see Dan for your new toy as well!
My wife and I had been to 4 other dealers before we went to Woody's in Leduc. That morning I called to make an appointment and Jeff had the trailer ready to view on very short notice. Once I arrived, I met with Dan and I felt comfortable right away. Dan took plenty of time to show us every feature of the trailer and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up buying the trailer the same day. Greg in finance was very informative and clearly explained all the options available. Jacques in parts was very attentive and helpful. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a trailer, go to Woody's RV.
Woody's has the best product on the market in Grand Design. They are functional and well built. We upgraded from an older trailer and can't wait to get out this coming season. Dan in sales and Greg in finance made the buying experience smooth and straightforward.
We are in love with our new Grand Design Reflection 240RL!! Such an incredible experience at Woody’s RV World in Leduc!!! Jeff Olson was fantastic to work with and made the whole process a lot of fun! I strongly STRONGLY suggest bundling up and purchasing your camper/rv in the winter/off season - it was such a casual and relaxed process! We had ample time to browse multiple manufacturers and floor plans and really spend the necessary quality time with the sales associate before such a major purchase! The finance office was absolutely lovely, too! Greg Horn made sure my husband and I had the utmost confidence in the purchase we were about to make and took the time to thoroughly explain the various warranty packages and care products available! We are absolutely thrilled with the new adventures we have been opened up to with our new camper - and that is all thanks to Jeff and the team at Woody’s RV World in Leduc!
