Told to find own cart although none in corrals or in store, by two staff. Price charged at checkout was more than marked on shelf.Then told by cashier I would have to take patio door back. I told her to call gentleman in the door dept as he picked door and checked pricing while I was in that section. I had to go find him to prove pricing ,then had to wait 20 min for assistance to load in vehicle which another customer helped me load. The only positive was the service person at the door dept who was excellent.I am surprised this Woodstock store has any customers if this is the standard service.

Was there to browse for appliances. I especially like that when the associates approached us, they asked if we needed assistance, when we said no, they left us alone. Let us browse! Great prices, great selection!

I’ve been here many a time. It’s honestly hit and miss as far as the ability to get help from staff. Some staff are absolutely fantastic and are able to help with absolutely anything. Others just seem to take up space and can’t do a thing. I get it, I don’t know everything. They do try though. They usually have stock of most things.

I've never had issues with Home Depot in the past but I ordered a 600 kitchen cart that came 2 weeks late. It came damaged and the wood was bent and bowed to the point were I can't close the cupboard doors and drawers. I wrote an honest review on the Home Depot website from my experience with the product and it was removed by the end of the day.

Out of stock on many items but staff very friendly and helpful. The kitchen planning people are excellent and really know their kitchens. The paint department is great. Very knowledgeable and the Behr paint is great quality. Its getting quite expensive though to shop at this chain.
