Busy branch but the the wait was quick. Met the new manager Jason today. He seems great as well as the other managers. Nice to see management staff in the lobby actual talking to customers.

Terrible bank!! Worst parking ever! Longest wait times. Been sitting here for over 20 min to see the teller. They have 2 working that I can see. Horrible experience!
The door the bank machine is closed. The TD bank on Dundas is closed. So to get any money I have to drive to Ingersoll or Brantford. I have already driven from Norwich. TD you owe me mileage, gas and an apology. I have to drive 30 km to access my money in southern Ontario???? And you have the gall to charge me every time I touch my account and now you are holding my money hostage? I will use another bank machine and give you an invoice for the service charge.
Another td closed for construction and this one atm closed 9 to 6.this is what do I get service charge from td.i don't like the current atm time schedule.put security guard and open 24 hours or I might end up with closing td account
I wish I could give zero star review. My experience with this bank has left me feeling like a criminal. I went in to deposit cheques to my husband's account and was met with hostile employee by the name of Teresa. She stated that I should not have access to his account and then began to lecture me on not having a joint account and what I am doing is considered fraud. Not only was I completely embarrassed infront of a bank full of customers, but it's none of her business as to why we have our accounts set up this way. My husband works nights and isn't awake during their very limited open hours. I've NEVER in my life had an issue depositing cheques into his account. After I left the bank, I found out that they froze everything ! Could you imagine going out to get groceries, after driving 1 hour round trip, only to find out that it's been declined ? After all of this my husband called them this morning to try to straighten out this mess only to be met with the hostile Teresa's where she stated that I was \caught\ trying to deposit cheques into his account (made out to him from his family) and reiterated what I was doing what fraud. She was far from sympathetic and would not give my husband a chance to speak. We will be closing our accounts and moving to a different bank where they don't make us feel like we are less than the dirt under their shoes. 20 plus years as a customer.
