Very informative sales associate Sean Smith answered all of our questions and gave us several options with a new mattress. He completed the sale and also found us an early delivery. The main office was also very helpful with the details to complete the sale. Amber was very detailed and made the transaction very positive. We have shopped at this store several times and always have had good products and service. Will be back....
The salesman even uploaded onto the truck for me. Nice that I did not feel at all pressure any shapewear form on my purchase. Thats why i like this Leon's location.
I was beginning to give up on Leon's. I was promised furniture in 6 weeks and then was told that it would take another 3 months. So I wanted my money back. Anyways, cool heads prevail. I went back to the store and met with our Sales Associate; TYLER SPANJER. He changed our minds. His service was impeccable and staff were great. Bottom line, we ordered a different set, and it is scheduled for delivery this week!! Thank you Tyler. We spent more money but we have bought everything from this location over the last decade. Wow.....I will always shop at that location. Tyler.....job well done.
Purchased a Mattress with sales person Sean Smith, who was easy to chat with and was patient with our questions. With COVID protocols, this transaction was simple and easy. I recommend asking for Sean when shopping at Leon’s Woodstock.
