This guy is the worst gave him a 150 deposit to fix my ebike. He waits for the parts which takes a week. Then he come delaying to work on it then it came to the point where he wanted to keep my money and not deal with me. It took me to threaten him with court to give me my money back. Oh yah had to be on his own terms. I suggest you not do business with guy as all u get out of him is him stealing ur money
If you go, Read the reviews first. The review that says to ask for a legitimate receipt is vital. They give a business card unless you ask for a receipt. Otherwise they won’t fulfill warranty. They threatened to go after my brother with their lawyer because of leaving a one star review on google maps. Lol, except from a business standpoint. But they did give his money back when they couldn’t fix his phone. If someone finds them to be helpful, That’s good too. I see some 5 star reviews
This review is further to a review my daughter posted on her own. In December, I had my 14 daughter bring her iPad in to have the screen repaired while yes I was in the hospital having major surgery. I sent her sister with my debit card to pay. They were told you don’t accept debit and had to go take from the bank machine and then were not given a receipt. Not once were they told you did accept debit but it would cost 20 extra? Can we say tax fraud? Well that’s some shady business right there. The screen repair never worked from day one. When I finally came I today...and told you I was not looking for a freebie as I’m fully aware I should have brought this in a long time ago and said yes that was my fault. But I was hoping you would be willing to work with us. Instead you gave us attitude and repeatedly reminded me this was my fault. In fact, when you found out my daughter gave you a bad review you said you would only fix the iPad if she removed the review. So instead of one bad review, you have two. And I will share with my many friends to avoid your crooked business.
Gizmo was absolutely top-notch. I'd cracked my smartphone's camera lens cover and brought the phone in. They showed impeccable integrity and told me (which other companies did NOT) that it would be a waste of my money if any shards had scratched the camera lens itself. For that reason, they told me how to remove the shards myself and test first to see if there was any sense in me paying for a replacement lens cover from them. Thankfully, my phone passed the test and when I brought the phone in, they replaced the cover within a few minutes. Amazing! Honestly could have been the best customer service experience I've ever had.
