Outstanding customer service and a truly wonderful shopping experience from Woodhaven Furniture! We bought the Sawmill Bedroom set, and it is gorgeous! Adrian helped us with the entire process, with such patience and kindness! The quality of the furniture is amazing! Adrian worked very diligently and graciously offered us the best deal possible and we were incredibly amazed at how smoothly everything went, and what a great deal we were able to get! The delivery team was also awesome! Our furniture was delivered on a snowy, wet day, just after we had brand new wood floors installed. The team was very respectful of our home and new floors and stairs, and made sure to protect everything and install and setup to perfection! Overall, an AMAZING experience shopping at Woodhaven Furniture! I can't wait to buy more pieces in the future!

Incredible quality and customer service. Love how it’s made locally and you can customize everything. Bought a dining room table with chairs and a tv hutch. When I bought my dining room table, I had looked at another local store but the harvest table they had was rough and uneven on top, I asked them if it could be made smooth and they said no. So I went to Woodhaven and found the same style of table and asked if they could make the top smooth, and they said yes. That was all the customer service I needed right there. Can’t wait to buy more quality pieces from Woodhaven.

We bought a couch in their store closing sale for 50% per cent off, but found it on sale for much less online later on. The sale was final but I tried calling to see if there is anything that they would do. They were so gracious and refunded us the (significant) difference. I was so impressed. This is amazing service, I hope that they are sticking around in the community in some way after the store closes!
