He and the staff in receiving were courteous and helpful. My issue was solved quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough to describe how positive my experience was. I retrofitted a downtown heritage home with Window City Heritage Max collection windows and they looked amazing. My contact Ray Behrouz was helpful and professional. I was very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Ray and Window City to anyone working on window projects.

Excellent customer service by Chris in service department. Called about discolored rosettes that were over 10 years old. Called company that installed windows and they never returned my calls. Called Window City in morning and by noon Chris resolved our issue. So nice to be treated so well. Thanks Window City.
I am very happy with my windows, especially with the patio door which is not a standard door. Other suppliers tried to talk me into a standard size door \to keep costs down\. Ray Behrouz was great to deal with and he suggested several installers. The installer was great -the windows are great - received a lot compliments
