Got all the windows and the patio doors of our house replaced a few years ago. A big selling point was their 20 year warranty and hence we went with them. However, the patio doors and windows now have condensation between the glass panes. This company would not honor their warranty as apparently i need a purchase order number that the contractor has from when they ordered the windows. So dont get fooled by the warranty certificate they provide you. It means nothing, this company doesnt honor warranty and stand by their product. Don't go with them...

Glass door rattles so much it sounds cheap!!! Do not purchase the D-759 (Heritage) Antique Patina door! Company told me that all their glass in their door rattles! HAHAHA-for the price and for brand new doors the glass should not move/rattle! Would not recommend this company! Do yourself a favour and buy a glass door from Home Depot---better quality and cheaper!
Do not purchase the D-759 (Heritage) Antique Patina door lite. Spoke with Vanessa there and she said that all of this type of door lite rattles when opening and closing. Very disappointed with the door and customer service. Would not recommend this company.
