Great prices and selection Called in three times and was told a different ETA for all three times. Was told a manager would call us on Monday and after we asked for when they will be in, the person on the phone didn’t know. The excuse for the second time was that there is a new employee working the phones.... if that’s the case no problem.... that employee should let the clients know she doesn’t have an ETA for those tiles since she really doesn’t know... instead she says we should have them by next week so call on Monday or Tuesday... when we called they said it would be maybe 1 month for those tiles.... your not buying fruit and just storing it to eat a later date... you are planning and scheduling for people to come work on a project with the tiles that you would pick up knowing the information you are given is correct. It’s great to have a good selection and prices but when the customer service is awful... you don’t mind paying a higher price sometimes for better services and more accurate information for what you need to get done. There are many delays in every kind of product right now due to Covid-19 but if there is no ETA then there shouldn’t be one given to the client to mislead them. Hope we get that call from a manager sometime in the near future....
Terrible front desk customer service. False advertising and lying staff. Advertised on Kijij. Called to confirm exact product was in stock and at the price listed on kijiji. The lady confirmed product and price was correct. When we got to the show room. The same lady raised the price and said she never told us a price on the phone She was very confrontational and did not apologize for possible miscommunication on her part. I made sure to confirm price and product before going as I was driving from Niagara. BEWARE. NO INTEGRITY

I needed some renovations done n my contractor met me at Trusa Tile to select my ceramics. They have beautiful n modern selections to choose from. The staff are very knowledgeable, pleasant n friendly. Can't wait to see the end result
