To manager, please company your midnight shift worker with another coworker. I’m a delivery driver and I come here pick up often, I see orders still keep coming in at 2am. A single worker is not able to handle such peak. Also there was a crazy homeless guy wandering around in the store, he be yelling for food, but your worker could not do anything about him. She was busy, tired, also she is a lady. Having your staff works in pair doesn’t not take your profit off by much, but come with extra efficiency and security. 01:59am, 5 Uber orders, and 5 more people waiting in the store. This amount of pressure on a single worker is sure near to exploiting. And even though she was rushed to serve all costumers and delivery orders, your worker still did an amazing job.
