Im so grateful to Brandon and Tim for helping us sort through the intricacies of claiming the insurance coverage for my Aunt's house that got burnt May 1, 2019. If it wasn't for their help we would be at a loss with the insurance company although Traveller's insurance has been helpful and cooperative. I admire Brandon and Tim's expertise and their professionalism. They've been very patient and understanding. The renovation has taken longer than we had hoped but my Aunt was able to go back to her house after about a year and a half. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help although I don't wish anyone to go through the same experience of having a fire in their house. My never ending gratitude to Brandon and Tim.

Hired Allison for the 2nd time in regards to our flooded basement claim. Like the 1st time, everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. Communication was seamless and all questions were answered. Highly recommended.
I contacted Tim at Sobel Adjusting Solutions about three months after a fire in the building next to mine burned in the commercial area of our small town. As a result of the fire department putting out the fire our basement was flooded causing significant damage. Thankfully it was not structural and once insurance denied us we began the process of gutting the basement and making parts of it usable to our tenants again. Tim was patient and helpful. He asked for a copy of our insurance which I sent to him, he asked for several other documents and proof of loss, all prior to my even having an agreement with them. Tim was very helpful in getting us to understand the scope of our loss and what we could be entitled to receive. I never had to deal with the insurance company again and once enough documentation was gathered they were able to reverse the insurance decision. I had a figure in my head of what I would settle for if the insurance ever offered to pay. (They didn't). Tim and the Sobel team were able to get an agreement that was nearly triple! Anyone who thinks its too expensive needs to realize the enormous amount of work required to put a case together, and unlike a lawyer, they only worked on commision. So as far as I am concerned, it was not inexpensive, but worth every penny. Thank you for not only having the knowledge and ability to fight for me.
