Great customer service from Sales team; Very poor experience from Service&Part as I went in there twice to get the recall done, however both times I was not able to get it done as they did not have the parts they needed. Hope I can hear back why I had to visit there twice for nothing, wasting my time.

Terrible customer service. Brought my truck here and never got a update on my truck. Called numerous times and never got a hold of anyone. They will always tell you to leave a voice mail. However, after numerous voice mails I never get a call back. I have been to numerous GM dealerships over the years and this one by far is the worst. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!
