Hubby and I just purchased our third vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. Chuck, the sales manager helped us find our family vehicle within our budget. His friendly mannerism and knowledgeable skills made us feel comfortable from the start. Zara, Our finance manager is exceptional! She is super friendly and made us feel so welcomed. She made our transactions smooth, easy, and fast! Amanda, our Service Advisor was so helpful and super friendly when we purchased our winter tires and had them installed in no time. Thanks for the pizza Amanda. You’re not only an awesome service team member but very generous as well. And let’s not forget John with the sales team who was very thorough in ensuring all the paper work was signed sealed and delivered. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone ! After a solid week of searching for the right car for me online, I came to Number 7 Honda looking to trade in my old Cruze and get into a Civic. Immediately after approaching the front desk, the nice lady paged for a sales guy and Andy Tran showed up. As it turns out, #7 Honda is very busy, the two cars I wanted to check out were sold(I didn't reserve them) - BUT Andy set me up with a test drive on a 2016 Civic Touring immediately. I really liked the car! The quality is so much higher than the old Cruze! So I went with it (At a great price & Low KM Too!). Andy(Sales) and Kenny(Financial) took care of me and went above and beyond from what they had to do. It's hard to find great, honest people in Car Sales. They have my utmost gratitude. After some financial magic from Kenny, he was able to help me get into the Civic and leave my Cruze behind. On delivery date, the car was immaculate and Andy taught me how to use the infotainment & other features of the car. I drove off about a month and a half ago (1000KM) and I have no regrets about the purchase/experience. Great experience from Number 7 Honda. I would recommend this dealership highly.
We wanted to buy a Honda Odyssey but wanted to understand and if possible see the different models and the features. The minute we walked into Number 7 Honda we were greeted by Victor Carvalho. He was able to help answer all our questions and helped us arrive at a decision on what model to buy The one thing we liked the most about Victor was he didn't pressurize us on anything, rather the way he helped us we wanted to ensure that we buy it from Number 7 Honda only. Victor was able to get us a great deal for a Honda Odyssey Touring 2022 model (Yes.. 2022 model in 2021-January)... The entire Number 7 Honda team was really amazing to do business with. I would really like to thank Victor, Kent and Chuck for the amazing deal and good service. I would definitely recommend Number 7 Honda to my family and friends. Today we just get the new Honda CRV Sport back home and can confidently give them 5 stars. Victor helps us out in details from the very begin of model selection to car plate change.
