Ordered the medium halibut and it was very good. Size is definitely generous and I could have gotten away with the small size. The fish was extremely fresh tasting and the fries were perfect! Highly recommended.

The best customer service you will ever receive. Such friendly staff, delicious food, restaurant is very clean and tidy. I recommend trying the battered scallops, I had them last night with my dinner and I'm already craving more!
I came here because I was waiting for my car to be fixed. I ordered Kids Combo Fish and Chips as a snack. The size was generous. The potatoes were delicious! They have some kind of special seasoning in it (paprika?). The fish had a crispy batter but not too thick , which was excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly. It also came with some coleslaw and the gentleman give me a cup of water! Excellent service and amazing food. Will try other menus next time.
I'm shocked at the reviews calling it the best fish n chips place around. There was absolutely no flavour in... anything, really. I spent upwards to 40 for a variety of (very overpriced) dishes and I just tasted grease and flour. The batter needs work from all angles. I couldn't even taste any salt on the fish nor fries. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the workers were friendly and polite. But please, work on the recipe of your namesake. I was very excited to try this place out and left disappointed.
