If you live in Woodbridge you know about Paul’s bootcamp. This club and the team have done a phenomenal job helping women gain a better understanding of fitness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. They go above and beyond to support members and the workouts are designed so that you can target your specific areas or full body. They understand how busy our schedules can be and they’ve got multiple classes a day plus a video library to accommodate us. Every time you walk in you’re a little scared because you know the workout is going to be tough but they help guide you and provide modifications when needed. But let me tell you, when you walk out...it’s the best feeling in the world. You know you got a great workout in. Thank you PBC!

I am so happy a few of my friends told me about Integrity Fitness! Joining this place has completely changed my health and fitness for the better. The workouts are always different, challenging and never boring. All the trainers are BEST! Its a very clean place and the workout schedule is flexible for anyone. The best part is you can book classes online according to your schedule. Overall I’m in love with this place coming here was best decision ever.

I am so happy I discovered Integrity Fitness and absolutely love coming here! They offer a wide range of classes throughout the day so it always fits my schedule and I'm in and out within an hour. Each workout is different and each day targets a different area. The staff is amazing. From front desk to the trainers, everyone is always so helpful. The trainers push you to achieve your goals and are extremely motivating! I actually get very excited to come workout here each day and am feeling stronger day by day. I attended my fourth class today and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I came to the gym feeling nervous and unsure but every instructor I have met has welcomed me with warmth and motivation. I leave the facility feeling accomplished and happy.
