John really knows his stuff. From the beginning, he came up with an glass railing design based on what we wanted. He gave fantastic advice along the way when we wanted to change things. John is also very precise and wants to make sure everything is done to perfection , which we greatly appreciated. Also, he's got an amazing sense of humor and is a great guy to chat with.
