I used this company to get certified in smart serve and food handling.The staff were all polite and extremely professional, taking baby steps with me because at the time I began using their services, I had just moved to Canada for school and adjusting was and still is a task for me but they somewhat made it easy for me, since what I have accomplished using this company lead me to great job opportunities and experiences in Canada. I advise anyone who is interested in taking smart serve and food handling courses to definitely choose food prep, they are affordable, fast and have trained professionals to help you along each step of the way!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOOD HANDLERS EXAM ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish somebody wrote a REAL review about their online class before I took it. Bad customer service as the woman on the phone got pretty upset at me when I was ALREADY frustrated because they did not give a FULL DISCLOSURE for that 24 hrs wait time before I can take the exam online. Not alot of information about the food handlers course on their website as welll. And they will show that you can attempt that test 3 times, but when you go on the THIRD PARTY site to take the exam, they will require you to pay for those 2nd and 3rd attempt. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOOD HANDLERS EXAM ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY. It's a waste of your money and I wish Toronto website would remove them from recommended sites. They DO NOT DISCLOSE EVERTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT THE CLASS TILL YOU PAY 50 DOLLARS AND FINISH ALL THE MODULES. By then it was already too late for me. Again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOOD HANDLERS EXAM ONLINE with this company. You have been warned, take your money elsewhere. And that customer service person who was snippy on the phone, please retake a customer service class. You have the worst attitude.
