Had Hot Water tank replaced by Terry Baxter.The experience was EXCELLENT. Terry called 15 before he arrived and was on time. Was very friendly and informative (wore a mask). Did a great job exchanging the hot water tank, Cleaned up beautifully, and even showed me some things about my furnace and Humidifier. It was nice having a good experience for a change.

Grant Harris came to my home today 03/01/2021. He had on full PPE very important to my family. Didn't touch anything but the furnace. Did a full inspection on my furnace. Made use full recommendations. Very funny and he put me at easy. Enercare is very blessed to have this employee with such wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanor. Thank you Enercare.
Grant Harris conducted annual maintenance on my furnace and was extremely friendly and professional. He was also extremely careful regarding sanitizing his surroundings while in my home. He provided useful information and left the work area spotless. Thanks Grant you did a great job.
Terry Baxter came with an assistant to replace our hot water tank - did a great job! They protected the floors, were on time and got the new one in and the old one out in no time! He showed me what was done and they were respectful of the Covid 19 protocols at all times. He’s obviously good at what he does .... he told me he was the one person who installed our old one- 17 years ago! Thanks so much for your good work!
Grant Harris came to my home and wore his new and fresh PPE the entire time. I was very concerned about this because of the virus, but we needed maintenance done and we did not want to risk waiting. However, when Grant knocked on the door in his gear and ready to work he eased my concerns. While I was with him at times asking him questions he kept it on the entire time and ensured me that it does not come off until he is in his car. Thank you Grant, for doing such an amazing job and for doing it safley during such difficult times.
