Directed here from Kitchens & Baths, had a brief but informative conversation with Rob, who pleasantly answered my questions truthfully, not completely sure he could help all my concerns over the phone. Went to the business where I was quickly greeted by two employees, one being Rob, who I deferred to having already conversed with him about my problems. He quickly took care of both problems I was having, even asking a few more specific questions about one of the issues I was having , before \just selling me a part on a wink and a prayer \ . This is the type of DIY service I appreciate .
