Hi we live in Salmon Arm, have been buying your buckwheat gluten free flour for some time, make bread once a week with it, and mix of amaranth and a little sourgum flour, also made Christmas cake with the buckwheat all have been #10 out of #10 excellent and delicious. Just made oat chip and bc cranberry cookies and they are the best I tried yet Carolyn
