Excellent automated gas station. Usually doesn’t have a line up. Always kept clean

This is the first google review I've ever written but I feel strongly to warn others. I had propane tanks with stinson at my home when we moved in. I was getting fairly reasonable bills all along until one day, the propane tanks were empty after 2 weeks. I called for a refill and asked at that point for the tanks to be checked as I felt they might be leaking... said they would send someone out. The driver came the next day to fill the tanks (at the tune of 690) and the tech was expected to come a few days later. Before he ever came, my tennant was alerted by the pizza delivery man that her tanks were leaking and he (yes, the pizza delivery man) shut them off. I called the tech to come and fix and he showed up at 9pm (I called at 4) thank God this was not our primary source of heat. Long story short, they took no responsibility for the leak and billed me 1600 in the course of 1 month. I should also mention that my other bills since taking over the house were between 124-250. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call me back or speak to me, they were rude and dismissive and i had to call the tech directly to find out what actually happened. Do yourself a favour and get rid of this company immediately if you buy a house with their service. Not worth the headache.

I wanted to send a shout out to great service to WOStinson and their wonderful HVAC technician who came to my home in less than an hour to replace a part which was affecting my hot water. On what must have been the coldest day of the year this young man cheerfully fixed the problem flow regulator. Thank you so much WO Stinson and your fabulous Technician for sorting out the problem. Sadly ; ) I will no longer get my steps in resetting the hot water on demand. Thank you for fabulous service.

I had an amazing experience. I hired W.O Stinson because i had a natural gas leak in my house i could smell it. I called them and the service dispatcher kindly send me a technician to check the problem, the guy came prepared and replace a part. The service technician 'KEVIN' seemed very knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing. I live close to the self serve and Full Serve Gas station in OTTAWA, and they always have the best prices. Full Serve attendants are very friendly and kind. Self serve gas station sells really good coffee. *On a side note* When I put gas in my car i usually check how many KM i can run with full tank. For some reason when i put gas at Stinson it seems like the gas last longer. I highly recommend Stinson.
