Always loved these guys, so I went out of my way to phone first (to confirm they were open), then drive from Surrey to Burnaby to buy three boxes of screws. Unfortunately (due to Covid19) they weren't letting customers in the building, and require 24 hours to process orders before pickup. While I appreciate that Covid19 is making things tough for everyone, and fully support the measures they've put in place, I sure wish the person I spoke to when I called first would have mentioned this and saved me a drive.
