Did not visit the store personally but I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about replacing the battery on my Google Pixel. He gave me a very honesty answer and told me about the risks of going ahead with this repair. He was very polite and took his time to answer my questions. I called 6 other shops before calling Wireless World and none of them gave me a warning or heads up. Will definitely come here if I ever need a major repair done.

Save your self the hassle, don't go here. Their prime target market is south Asian people who only speak their language, as they build trust easily on such vulnerable people. I walked into the store with a Canada goose jacket, and an iPhone 12 pro max. They got the impression I had money and tried ripping me off. To confirm that they were only trying to rip me off, I sent a friend in a few days later, once the prices were confirmed to my suspicion I walked into the store to ask questions of why they would show such low class behavior. They responded by yelling swear words at me and my friend, Mr. hammad almost hit my friend, while Mr. Deepak tried to lock us inside his store. Sounds surreal, fortunately I have it all on video. These guys are unprofessional scammers, take your business where the owners and employees will value as a person, and not see you as a cash cow to milk.
Completely satisfied with the service. I went to fix my daughter's phone, and they very knowledgeable and accommodating. The fees are reasonably priced and their products were cheap. Definitely going back, and will recommend this place anytime.
