Excellent, Fair, Amazing customer service. I needed 2 things, one screen protector and case for my note9 - they took care of me 1 on 1 - like pros and gave me options which I loved - This is definitely the best Cellphone repair shop in Hamilton and that I've seen in even Toronto. I will be coming back forever for anything else I need and or anyone that comes within my path - I will have to direct them to Wireless Whiz due to the amazing feeling you get like family once your there. Thank you to the great gentlemen there ! - Cheers mate!

Amazing place to get your phone repaired. My wife’s phone recently cracked from a repair shop near Eastgate Mall (screen and protector broke within a few days) and THIS location showed me what a horrible job they did. They showed me that they left out some screws and other poor workmanship. This location showed me the difference in screens and what distinguishes an OEM. Quick service and explained in detail what they did. They even said I can stay and watch. They have warranties for their repairs which is great. Mark the owner was very knowledgeable as was Farid, the tech who repaired the phone. Great job guys! Also they have streaming boxes (BuzzTV) available. My friend has a streaming box and it’s amazing. I highly recommend this place. Oh!!!! And they also helped me with some questions about backing up. They’re now my go to guys for repair and questions.

Just a shout out to this company! Fantastic customer service! I am a very busy Realtor and I smashed my cell phone screen first thing Saturday morning.. I reached out to them right away and they understood the urgency and had me come right over! They fixed my phone within an hour and had me on my way! They are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable! Thanks so much guys! Great work!

I went in and got my S9 fixed. I was told my phone would take 2 hours to fix but it was actually done in one hour. The employees are great and my phone is like new all ober again. I will definitely be a repeat costumer. Thanks a lot...Ash
