Went to WSS to figure out how to connect my mobile workforce and they recommended the TELUS Business Connect Solution for my team. There were some growing pains like there typically are when implementing a new system but their IT department was there for me every step of the way and made this process a lot easier than we expected. We now have people working from home, people working from offices and people working on the road but we all still feel connected thanks to WSS. Thanks again everyone!

They sold us a bill of goods, said the phones were made in the USA. Big sell, oh we can work anywhere, they do not know what they are doing, they have crashed our entire network, mins after there IT person leaving, then telling us that there phone system which should have been put on a separate server was nothing to do with there phones. We have now been out of Commission in a Pandamic with no internet, no accounting and costs mounting. We have had to hire two companies who are now on days of fixing due to the great phone system taking over our IP Address. Run don't walk. You can't afford to lose this much business, they don't deserve the one star!!!!!

Every email I sent was responded to quickly and politely. There was clear communication as I got updates every step of the way when I was ordering a new phone. They apologized because they couldn't get the phone out to me in 24 hours (during the time of Covid - we can all practice our patience). Even better, they threw in a free screen protector. I thought Anthony and his team were super.
Fantastic customer service all around. I've been dealing with them for years and they have always gone over and above for our account. Highly recommended.
