I paid to get my phone screen replaced....I had to supply the screen. They installed it wrong and cracked the screen...2 weeks later the phone screen stopped working completely. Company refuse to take responsibility for it and said I have to supply the screen and pay again if I want it fixed properly. The person on the front desk is also super rude.

Terrible customer service, said they could fix my phone, when I got it back they had replaced the screen with a subpar imitation screen, when I called them on it they then said they could only fix my screen with the wrong colour glass and refused to issue me a partial refund. It’s really not that hard to be honest with your customers
Yesterday we paid a hundred dollars for the screen and fixed it. We think we need fix it again but the employee treated us with a nasty attitude. We had a problem with Scresch saying, \ We've never seen anything before. \It could be a defective product, but there wasn't a single check. There's a 90 days ' warranty, but it's merely soliciting attention. You'd better not be deceived.
The worst experience ever. They said that they fixed something that actually wasn’t even broken and charged me for it. And the real issue i had with my phone was not even fixed.
Big liares and scammers Asked to replace my iphone 7 plus broken screen. She said i can choose either apple quality screen and apple installation quality or regular being 20 cheaper. I went with the quality. When I got my phone back I realized they won’t seal the phone properly and I would lose water resistance from my phone. One day later I realized a few pixels are burnt on the screen. Went back and talked to this guy who said he’s gonna replace it but he said she wont be paing for my brand new screen protecter I had put on the same day I got my phone back and provided a junk screen protector. I waited 3 hours and when I got my phone again a portion of the screen wasn’t properly attached to the back of the phone. They wouldn’t offer money back or pay for my screen protector and this guy keeps telling me to come tomorrow to talk to the manager everytime i go which is useless. I paid the money for a damaged screen and a junk screen protector. Horrible customer service and rude all along. They are Bullying not to give you what you paid for . Updating a month later; My screen is pealing off from behind as it looks it’s not sticking to the touchpad panel behind the glass and I realized they used just a sticky glass on top and didn’t replace the entire unit! My earpiece is not working as a result of bad job! Stay away from them and go to apple store for your iphones!
