Great experience! We came in with a complicated request, I was moving from a family plan where I was not the primary account holder, to a new plan and we wanted to add my boyfriend onto that plan from another company while both keeping our own numbers and upgrading to IPhone 11s. Lexie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and worked hard to figure out the best and most affordable plan for us. She explained everything in a really succinct way and was extremely positive and professional throughout the whole process! I always find Costco has the best deals for phone plans and seems the most knowledgeable without being pushy! Highly recommend!

Lexie made sure I got an amazing deal on a new phone with all the trimmings. Even though she wasn't there when I went to pick the phone the instructions she had left were followed to a tee!!! I've gotten my last 4 phones here. The service is always really good, friendly, and helpful. That alone is worth it. Plus you get the same plan offers as elsewhere, but with, you know, Costco gift cards to feel a little better about the several hundreds you'll spend on everything else. And usually there's a perk added onto the plan (I got an extra 5GB data) and a free charger.
