I used their design services with the intent to have them prefab my cabin. Their designer is not experienced and he did not provide any communication on my instructions so ended up wasting a lot of time and money. In the end, I abandoned this effort and hired a more experienced designer. My recommendation is if you are wanting to build a custom cabin that is not based on their designs don’t use them.
