I'm a Brandon University student attending at the U of W campus. As I am not a U of W student i cannot get the uPass and must therefore purchase semester/monthly passes. For the fourth time my peggo card has been blacklisted erroneously and am currently being treated like a criminal by busdrivers who confiscated my peggo card and scorn me for being unable to pay fare when I tell them my peggo card was taken away this morning. Whenever this happens I need to go to the university to pick up a new peggo card and a piece of paper stating that I am, in fact, a student, then go to the Garry Street Winnipeg Transit office where they activate my new card. Every single time it happens the U of W people say it's Transit's fault, and Transit says it's the University's fault. When I phoned the U of W earlier today they told me it is definitely Transit's fault because they did not do any audit recently which would have resulted in my card being blacklisted, so it must have been Transit that blacklisted my card. This same exact thing has occured to my classmates multiple times as well, so it's clearly a miscommunication about Brandon University students. Winnipeg Transit: get your act together! This is frustrating beyond belief. I look forward to going to both the U of W and the Transit office tomorrow and listening to each of them blame the other in turn. This is a waste of time and money and it needs to be fixed immediately

One of the worst ever experience with Transit customer service. My wife bought semester e pass for 4 months. We unfortunately had peggo card bug issue and it took 10 days for us to resolve on our own. Their service centre or kiosk never received our call. We had to bear travel expense for these days on us. It was very stressful to handle unhelpful and rude kiosk staff and customer service staff. My wife even had to miss few classes to overcome this issue. They wouldn’t accept their fault or even say sorry for their system bug. Sunil S and Merrilee never tried to even understand our situation. All they had predecided was not to give us neither any fair compensation nor be empathetic for typical situation we had to go through. Transit has worst customer service policies. I knocked doora of sociymedia for justice. Even my tweets were ignored. As an ordinary citizen, I have now no choice left but bear their injustice and ignorance. God may bless them with some better wisdom of understanding their customers’ situations so that they can be fair with other Winnipegrs. Its all about your mindset towards your customers.

I get our client bus tickets here all the time, we spend about 400-1000 at a time and I have never had a bad experience.
