Came here yesterday after weeks of struggle with my Peggo not working and was so pleased to get great service. The lady helping me was able to replace my card quickly and reload my funds without charging me for a new card. I had just purchased this one a few months prior so I appreciated it. She was super friendly and clear about the process, overall a great experience.

I went for the transit pass exchange, and my experience was above average. Customer service representative communicated nicely. Also, few people were in queue so expect lower amount of time required to spend in this place to get the job done. Besides, you can purchase Winnipeg transit pass, transfer e cash, upload amount and get answers for related services. However, waiting area is comparatively small. Due to COVID, mask is mandatory for now.

Spreading messages of social distancing inside and on the buses. Reduction of buses is the reason behind congestion. Is this the definition of social distancing ?? Looks like brainless people are in control of Winnipeg Transit.

Winnipeg Transit runs full schedule during the worst of the pandemic. Then when businesses first start opening up, they lay off drivers and reduce their schedule. That's just perfect for the people returning to work. There's no better way to social distance than to reduce the number of buses, forcing more people on to each bus. Well, not me, I guess. I haven't been able to use the bus to get to work in the last month or two, because it doesn't run early enough anymore.
