Stephen is an awesome trainer. Did first aid w/ lvl C CPR & AED certification with him, kept class lively with stories and fun personal experiences. Great course by Wpg first aid well worth it.

Went in to get First Aid and CPR training and couldn’t be happier. The instructor Stephen was well versed in what the course entailed and explained everything in an easy to comprehend way. He goes above and beyond to make sure no body in the course falls behind. The best part is he doesn’t just explain something and expect people to understand, instead brings up real life examples that he himself or other people in the city have experienced that relate to the topic at hand. Even with Covid at an all time high, he was able to keep the class safe by offering breaks occasionally for people to go outside and take a breather not to mention the free masks and hand sanitizer he had on site. Overall couldn’t be happier, I’ve taken many courses before as I just go around looking for good courses and instructors and take more courses based on the instructors I enjoyed listening to and overall Stephen is easily a top 3 instructor I’ve ever had. The only criticism that I can offer is if English wasn’t your first language, Stephen can speak a bit fast but if you ask for clarification he’s quick to clear things up so that isn’t a problem really. Overall: 10/10 Instructor: 10/10 Course Content: 9/10 Cost Effective: 9/10 Covid Response: 10/10 Recommended to everyone who’s looking for First Aid or Cpr training and I know they also offer more courses I will be looking into in the future.

Great CPR course, Stephen is a fantastic instructor!! Makes the class go by quickly and doesn't feel like a boring lecture. Will definitely go back for courses in the future and will recommend to friends. If you follow the instructions sent in the registration email you shouldn't have too much trouble finding the place. EDIT: despite what some reviews state, students are not \bribed\ to write positive reviews.
